Refund policy
Last updated: 2026-10-30
The rule is simple: if you have not used what you bought, we give it back. The concrete cases are below.
Full report (€149 + VAT one-off)
The purchase credits you one analysis, which stays available until you start it.
- Credit unused — full refund, with no reason required, within fourteen days of purchase. The credit is cancelled at the same time.
- Analysis not completed because of a technical problem on our side — full refund, or a free re-run if you prefer. This applies beyond fourteen days too.
- Analysis completed and report delivered — the service has been supplied and the fee is not normally refundable. If you believe the report is seriously incomplete or wrong, write to us within fourteen days describing the problem: where the point is well founded we refund or re-run the analysis.
The score itself is not grounds for a refund: the service measures a situation that already exists, and a low result is correct information, not a defect in the product.
Monthly monitoring (€29 + VAT/month)
- You can cancel at any time from the management portal in your account. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and does not renew.
- The current month is not refunded pro rata, unless no monthly analysis was run in the period: in that case we refund the month in full.
- If a renewal was charged in error after cancellation, we refund it in full.
How to request a refund
Write to legiscan@crycatch.com giving the account email address and the date of purchase. We answer within five working days. Approved refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase: the credit normally takes five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
After a refund, any unused credit is cancelled automatically, and linked subscriptions end.
Consumers' right of withdrawal
The above adds to, and does not replace, the rights the law gives consumers. How withdrawal works for digital content is set out in point 6 of the terms and conditions.
Payment disputes
If something is wrong, write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: in almost every case it is resolved faster directly.
